Yogasana Sports Association of Andhra Pradesh (YSAAP) Reg No 88/2021, affiliated with Yogasana Bharat, https://www.yogasanabharat.com/ governing association for Yogasana Sports in National Level, which is recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS), Government of India, and affiliated with the Indian Olympic Association and World Yogasana. YSAAP is an independent body dedicated to promoting the health and wellness of the people of Andhra Pradesh through the ancient practice of yoga.

Yogasana Bharat vision a healthier and more harmonious India where Yogasana is not just a form of exercise, but a way of life. Vision is to integrate the ancient wisdom of Yoga with modern sports, creating a platform for individuals to excel in the art of Yogasana and compete at both national and international levels. It recognizing the power of Yogasana as a sport to enhance physical and mental health. 

We are pleased to introduce Yogasana Bharath, an organization dedicated to promoting the ancient art and science of Yogasana across the state of Andhra Pradesh(YSAAP). Over the past three years, our mission has been to nurture and train both athletes and technical officials in the field of competitive and traditional Yogasana.

With active district bodies established in every district of Andhra Pradesh, we have successfully conducted numerous training programs and workshops to elevate the standard of Yogasana practice and judging. Our consistent efforts have resulted in Andhra Pradesh's proud representation in the 2nd Asian Yogasana Championship, where our athletes and officials played a key role and secured 4 gold medals for the state.

Every year, YSAAP organizes state-level Yogasana meets where more than 500 athletes display their skills. Our association comprises certified Yoga Coaches and Judges trained at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) at national level(Patiala), and we are supported by a network of nearly 500+yoga judges & world class coaches across the state. Our mission is to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga and to promote its regular practice among all age groups.

So far, we conducted State Meets–4 Nos, State Judges training programs–5 Nos & supports district level meets more than 100+.

It is a matter of pride that the association stood 5th place in the country in the 75 crore Suryanamaskara Program held as part of the Azadi Ka Amrutha Mahotsav. All the Participants received certificates. 

The State Competitions were held online in the year 2021, 50 athletes were participated in this event.  In the year 2022 the state competitions were held at Siddhartha Auditorium , Siddhartha Nagar, Vijayawada, 281 athletes were participated in these competitions. In the year 2023 the state competitions were held at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nagarjuna Nagar, Guntur, 360 athletes were participated in this event. In the year 2024 the state competitions were held at Montessori High School, Kurnool, 471 athletes participated in this event.  This year 2025the state competitions held at Saraswathi Vidhyalai, Prathipadu, West Godavari District,              Athletes were participated 

Yogasna Bharat Judge:

Very important point in Yogasana Bhatat is the Syllabus(code of points ). It mainly includes a micro marking system with technology.  Now the syllabus is being introduces and using in every yogasana competitions held in every department and in National and International Level competitions.

Every year, our state qualified persons are completing national level judges training program. The qualified national judges act as judges/technical officials for the National Level and International Level Competitions. All National Competitions, Khelo India, National Games, Asian Games, All India Inter University, Police Academy etc.,
